Nobody wants to be in the position to have to retain a criminal defense attorney. Anyone in that scenario is probably scared, confused, and maybe even a bit ashamed. I still remember the day I was pulled over on DUI as it was Black Friday Nov 28 2025. I was driving from friends house after dinner. I was pulled over and subjected typical field sobriety tests and breath analyzer. I passed all tests except one leg stand, I was arrested and given the choice to do or not do breath Analyzer test.
